Overview


Role Purpose

The BJC Vendor Management Office’s (VMO) mission is to increase the value and performance of our IT vendors through cost control, driving service excellence and risk mitigation and will be adding a Vendor Mgmt Analyst to our growing team.

Having a basic understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Remedies, Contracts and Spend Analysis, the role engages in the analysis, escalation, and support of assigned vendors to ensure BJC is able to maximize the value of vendor products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the vendor management processes for assigned vendors
  • Utilize data to draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including - but not limited to - Financial performance, SLA Performance, Key Contract Dates.
  • Escalate and manage vendor issues to resolution.
  • Partner with IT Sourcing and VMO Leadership to negotiate certain contracts and renewals for assigned vendors.
  • Schedule, facilitate and lead Vendor Relationship or Business Review Meetings.
