The Human Resources provides comprehensive human resources services to CH employees and other customers in a cost effective manner. Human Resources services will include salary and benefit maintenance, recruitment and employment, and employee relations support, for our customers, employees, management, vendors, patients, and community.


Overview


Role Purpose

Responsible for first-level or tier 1 support by responding to basic human resources policy, payroll and benefits questions and assisting employees with navigating the organization’s ERP self-service tool. This role validates the integrity of the data and processes high volumes of job transactions in the ERP system.


Responsibilities

  • Explains policies and practices related to pay, benefit and human resources programs.
  • Manage inquiries, requests and simple cases from department manager, HR Business Partners and HR Coordinators to closure & appropriately escalate complex cases.
  • Organizes and maintains records.

    Degree

  • High School Diploma or GED

    Experience
