Responsible for the strategic direction for long-range planning of audiovisual-related technologies for BJC video/photography production department, AV service as well as related media for corporate communication projects and communications technology in support of organizational communication, marketing, education and consumer-oriented strategies and goals.


Overview


Role Purpose

Develops, designs and produces internal and external communications and marketing media in support of smaller marketing and communications programs for the hospital, system or service organization as assigned. Produces impactful media within brand guidelines. Possesses intermediate technical proficiency in operating the latest camera systems, editing software and platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Updates clients, vendors, supervisor, and/or manager on status of all projects via departmental project management tool.
  • Consults communications and marketing personal on best use of time and hours. When applicable, recommends, selects and coordinates with third-party contractors and/or vendors to ensure production goals are achieved.
  • Upholds image and identity implementation and compliance in accordance with the system, hospital or service line media/graphic standards and requirements.
  • Creates and supports the production of innovative, effective, high-quality marketing and communications media that promotes engagement and achieves business goals.
  • Provides insight on creative media executions and offers up ideas to optimize project deliverables.
