Role Purpose

The position will manage information and applications to ensure workflow across the department operates at peak efficiency, and will direct strategies related thereto to promote departmental success in providing service and support to our clients and stakeholders in the risk management, claims/litigation, emergency preparedness, environmental health and safety, corporate security, and insurance arenas. The position will also assume certain administrative responsibilities across the Risk Management department. Assignments will vary in size, scope and complexity, based on project requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Ongoing management of security data for all BJC HSOs, including data analysis, trends, graphs, and assisting with report preparation for executive review.
  • Management and organization of all core/system polices for Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness, EH&S, Construction Safety, and Security, including online administration of the Safety Data Sheet program for BJC.
  • Asset inventory tracking, database management, managing BJC Everbridge group notification systems, managing or assisting with EMResource and Veoci during emergency events at BJC or in our communities.
  • Database management and support for the Contractor Safety Program, to include scheduling management of all contractor orientations and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for department members.
