Role Purpose

Provide strategic insight to identify, plan, execute and measure community and/or employee-facing events that support goals of community engagement, business/workforce development, community education or prevention


  • Partner with community and hospital leaders and key constituents to identify event opportunities that promote key HSO services and community outreach objectives. Plan and coordinate employee volunteer events that may include health related activities or health risk assessments, ensuring that events, activities, and quality improvement initiatives are linked to strategic initiatives.
  • Work with HSO leadership to develop strategy and assist with oversight employee- or community-facing events aimed at employee retention, community engagement, hospital awareness/preference, lead generation or literacy.
  • Oversee promotion of employee or community events, plan programs, classes, sponsorships, partnerships and/or onsite logistics and coordinate their communications elements. Identify new event opportunities, and measure success and evolution of current events activities. Conduct voice of the customer employee surveys regarding new event opportunities and feedback and prepares management reports.
  • Supports system/HSO operations and integrates services within the work unit, with other departments and hospital initiatives internally and externally.
  • Coordinates activities related to the Charmaine Chapman Society and other activities and events. Conducts voice of the customer employee surveys regarding new event opportunities and feedback. Prepares management reports and coordinates communications elements of activities.
