Role Purpose

The Digital Program Manager will coordinate the myriad activities of the Digital Team and its product, design, and engineering teams including project status reviews, tracking timelines and budgets and ensuring that overall team objectives are being met. This is a dedicated role and will work closely with all digital product teams, key stakeholders and technology partners to ensure organization success.


Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships to ensure consistency and alignment of workstream management to the greater factory program timeline, identify areas of risk and mitigation strategies while helping to identify areas of opportunity and best practices. Organize processes for key Digital Factory meetings, ceremonies and other activities. Utilize and optimize facilitation tools for Factory work (e.g. Teams, Jira, Etc.)
  • Manage coordination and communication of program status/milestones, timelines, financials and outcomes across Factory team, vendors and key stakeholders. Create, organize and continually optimize Factory visibility into design, product and relevant work using data analytics, dashboard and other tracking tools.
  • Manage governance by setting up new rhythms with enterprise processes (e.g.. Funding and risk reviews). Sets clear expectations regarding artifacts, meetings, reporting and communication for all projects with the program. Partner with factory leadership to ensure project staffing and resource planning.
  • Facilitate quarterly business review sessions with factory leadership, product teams and stakeholder to ensure effective realization of return on factory investments. Understands the relationships, objectives and impacts of programs and initiatives across business units.
  • In conjunction with team leadership, build and maintain communities of practice for design, product development, Agile teams, and other Factory capabilities.
