Role Purpose

The HR Employee Service Center Manager will shape and drive the strategic plans, activities, and projects that drive forward-thinking solutions to support current and future business needs. Establish key performance indicators (KPI) and develop plans to address any gaps. Provide leadership and development of workforce talent, to ensure successful performance, continual learning, and increased expertise. Optimize processes that will drive efficiency and ensure best in class customer experience and support. Responsible for the management of the financial planning, forecasting, and budget adherence.


Responsibilities

  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
  • Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
  • Develop and drive the strategic plans, activities, and projects that drive forward-thinking solutions to support current and future business needs. Development of a three year roadmap for continual growth and best in class customer support. This includes but is not limited to resources, processes, and technology.
  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPI) and conducts daily reviews and analysis to identify any gaps, and quickly develops action plans to ensure achievement of KPI’s and team success. Develops weekly, monthly, and annual metrics with summary to provide oversight to leadership and initiative any actions to maintain positive trending and results.
  • Provide leadership and development of workforce talent, ensuring successful performance, continual learning, increased knowledge and expertise. Creation of a structured plan to provide opportunities for on-the-job development, with a focus on increase expertise, leadership, and career advancement. Conduct regular rounding and one-on-one meetings with team members gaining insight and providing feedback.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of processes that will drive efficiency and ensure best in class customer experience and support. Lead continual improvement efforts to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR teams and colleagues to obtain feedback on services and support.
  • Management of financial planning, forecasting, and budget adherence. Financial planning that support current and future strategic plans. Monthly review of budget with summary of current spend and projected spend, and oversight of vendor invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely submission of invoices.
