Overview


Role Purpose

Facilitates pipeline to major giving by soliciting, cultivating and renewing annual donors and identifying, and qualifying those who have the capacity to increase their giving. Plays a key role in deepening relationships resulting in a consistent pipeline of new prospects.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of annual donors with the goal of deepening relationships to renew and increase giving, and facilitate a pipeline for major gifts.
  • Collaborate with prospect research to identify and monitor behaviors and connect at moments of peak opportunity, included but not limited to inpatient admission, outpatient care, referrals.
  • Qualify and build relationships with grateful prospects identified through the Share You Story Initiative/Gratitude Model, collaborating with prospect research and elevating to major gift officers as appropriate.
  • Collaborate across team to enhance annual communications to personalize the experience for assigned donors and prospects.
