Overview


Role Purpose

The Senior Project Coordinator position will be responsible for the development, analysis and maintenance of complex financial tracking reports and the direction of necessary changes. The position will also provide training and guidance to the project coordinator staff, manage the vendor contracting process to confirm adherence to project requirements and legal guidelines, outline process improvements and direct implementation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and direct appropriate revisions and updates.


Responsibilities

  • Management of vendor proposal, contracting and change order processes to confirm adherence to project requirements, master agreements and internal/external legal requirements (performed daily)
  • Development and analysis of department status reports (MPR), financial data and process improvements (daily to monthly)
  • Administration and implementation of the department’s project management software and development of key reports from the department’s project management software (performed daily)
  • Providing support and assistance to the Program Management Services Director and Financial Project Manager with various tasks and requests related to the financial analysis of projects (performed daily).
