Role Purpose

Works under limited supervision as a collaborative team member and independent contributor to support the Compensation team. Assists with data collection, evaluation/analysis, cost projection, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Develops documentation for compensation processes and procedures.


  • Conducts and participates in compensation surveys.
  • Provide support for ongoing compensation initiatives such as annual market review, salary planning, and compression reviews through data collection/reporting, analysis, data management, transaction assistance, market research, and data integrity audits.
  • Deliver accurate, complete and timely submission of required reports, documentation, forecasts and analyses.
  • Demonstrate effective financial skills and advanced computer skills, incorporating the ability to effectively leverage technology.
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
