Overview
Role Purpose Supporting the department Director's planning goals and objectives via management of the department's financial information systems, computerized maintenance management system and routine departmental operations to include organizing, directing, coordinating and teamwork. Champions pro-active employee relations, managing conflict and/or change towards a productive outcomes. Builds collaborative teams that strive for continuous improvement and business results that meet/exceed every customer's expectation.
