BJC Home Care Services offers patients and their families a complete range of home care services, including skilled nursing services, adult and pediatric hospice and supportive care, rehabilitation therapy, home infusion therapy, infusion treatment rooms, home medical equipment and high-tech respiratory care. Specialty home care programs also are available, including adult and pediatric asthma, cardiac, diabetes, orthopedic and wound care programs as well as the Lifeline emergency response system. The Marketing team of BJC Home Care Services works to promote our organization's services to and facilitate patient referrals from physicians, hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the geographic area in which we provide patient care and services.
Overview
Role Purpose Serves as the lead for the Referral Coordinator's. Directs the patient flow process for the Referral Coordinators. Coordinates the day-to-day operations in respective areas. Assist in training new staff. Provides updates to the Intake Manager. Promotes and holds employees responsible for ICARE standards.
