    The Nursing Office at Missouri Baptist Medical Center supports the scheduling and placement of central staffing resources throughout the hospital. Additionally, the Nursing Office team provides guidance and communication to all nursing and ancillary staff as directed by senior nursing leadership.


    Overview


    Role Purpose

    Responsible for coordinating the allocation of staffing activities within the department. May perform other departmental support duties, including payroll functions.


    Responsibilities

  • Allocates permanent and temporary staff to provide daily staffing coverage.
  • Evaluates staffing levels and skill mix, and quantity needed to provide appropriate coverage..
  • Assists with front nursing office and administration duties as needed.
  • Reviews and approves departmental time tracking for payroll purposes.
