Manages student enrollment. Assists with the development and maintenance of programs to support enrollment. Analyzes admissions data to develop future enrollment strategies. Identifies and may lead enrollment initiatives. Analyzes admissions and financial aid data to develop future enrollment strategies. Ensures compliance with all associated policies, rules and regulations.


Overview


Role Purpose

Responsible for processing all required admission documents within the Student Information system and monitors for completion of all pre-admission requirements. Maintains the admitted student cohort size and waiting lists for each academic program according to preset standards. Generates regular admission department reports for enrollment planning.


Responsibilities

  • Provides data entry and processes application fees and deposits.
  • Screens and tracks completion of applicant files for initial and follow-up review by the Admissions Advisors.
  • Assists prospective students by handling inquiries.
  • Maintains the accuracy of the wait lists and provides admission class size monitoring.
  • Produces and distributes regular admission reports.

    Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree
