Overview


Role Purpose

Manage the architecture and integrity of core HR data within the HCM system and across inter-related HR systems. Leads and develops a data integrity program to ensure consistent data standards and data accuracy / quality are known and followed, with weekly reviews of data for correction. Analysis of errors to identify any additional training needs, process gaps, or system enhancements. Provide consultation and guidance on any HR data related business decisions to prevent negative impact to the core HR data, and associated processes, including any upstream or down interfaces and systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a data integrity dashboard to provide an overview of current data integrity levels and leads the corrective / preventive action plans.
  • Develops and manages weekly data integrity audit with team(s) to ensure corrections are applied prior to the next audit. Identifies any consistent or trending errors and assists with training. Identifies any potential process gaps and assembles project team to determine implement an efficient process and reduce future errors.
  • Partners with Data Analytic team to assist with data mining activities and provide insight on data types, and development of future dashboard or data analysis.
  • Research and investigate any data integrity issues and develop preventive corrective actions to reduce any future errors or issues.
  • Proactively gather feedback on any perceived or known data integrity items and develop a roadmap for continuous improvement to processes, learning, and data structure.
