Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College is a private nursing college that enrolls¿over 600 students in¿its¿baccalaureate, masters and doctoral degree programs. Barnes-Jewish¿College is housed in a nationally recognized educational facility with state-of-the-art classrooms, lecture halls and a Clinical Simulation Institute with six patient simulation labs and two exam rooms providing high-tech, advanced nursing care experiences.¿It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and is fully approved by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.


Role Purpose

Coordinates and oversees all compliance matters related to Title IV funding eligibility. Serves as the primary resource for maintaining compliance with institutional scholarship funds used by the college. Coordinates all web and reporting data for both third parties and for internal uses. Manages the Federal Work Study Program.


  • Champion, coordinate, and oversee all matters related to compliance and regulatory areas that could impact institutional funding.
  • Coordinatescholarship processes and maintain funding data.
  • Coordinate technology based information, communications, disclosures, and data.
  • Accurately and consistently coordinate the reporting of all Financial Aid data in a timely manner for external reporting needs (e.g. IPEDS, College Board).
  • Manage Federal Work Study - Hire and place students into eligible positions. Manage the budget to be spent during the award year in compliance with all federal and institutional requirements.
