Role Purpose

Participates in the development and implementation of procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Administers the process of IT asset inventory, asset management processes, and re-enforce adherence to established ITAM processes to ensure compliance across BJC.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor IT asset compliance and provide data/recommendations in addressing any compliance issues to management.
  • Partner with technical resources on the design of technical solutions to ensure appropriate, optimal and cost-effective asset models are implemented.
  • Track and maintain documentation of licenses and warranties.
  • Perform inventory and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, physical location and trending of data - Administer asset databases, tracking life cycle of all assets.
  • Explore opportunities and provide recommendations for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used IT assets to achieve full efficiency and ROI from company resources.
