Role Purpose

Participates in the development and management of system-wide BJC multidisciplinary clinical expert groups designed to improve quality and outcomes across BJC.


Responsibilities

  • Participates in management of the portfolio of work of one or more of the BJC clinical expert groups.
  • Participates in and/or facilitates BJC stakeholder meetings relevant to the BJC clinical expert groups.
  • Develops efforts within clinical expert groups including but not limited to standardization to best clinical practice across BJC, development and improvement of outcomes measurement data collection capability, and building engagement of clinical experts across BJC in system quality/outcomes efforts.
  • Participates in development and delivery of oral and written communication to the clinical expert groups and other relevant BJC stakeholders.
  • Fulfills other duties as assigned.

    Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree
