Overview


Role Purpose

Utilizing knowledge of Pharmacy operations and the supply chain process, with team of analysts, mines data to inform and support Pharmaceutical purchase and utilization decision making. Provide oversight to analysts for clinical scoping of Pharmaceutical data requests. Manages data governance process to ensure clean source data and support analytics for utilization management, contracting/sourcing and distribution/logistics.


Responsibilities

  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Interact proactively and effectively with the business and the development team on a daily basis
  • Work closely with business on day to day ad-hoc deliverables, future needs and vision
  • Work closely with production support, DBA’s and other teams as necessary to resolve production Issues
  • Manage several projects (monitor, control, and report on) within the team on a daily basis with assistance from other Pharmacists, technical and business analysis team members.
  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.

    Degree

  • Doctorate
  • - Pharmacy

     

    Experience

  • 5-10 years

    Supervisor Experience

  • < 2 years
  •  

    Licenses & Certifications

  • Registered Pharmacist
