Overview


Role Purpose

Responsible for the appropriate and timely delivery of clean linen to all applicable areas of the hospital or service organization.


Responsibilities

  • Provides departments with accurate par levels of linen as established by need and usage history.
  • Follows linen delivery schedule and responds to urgent requests for soiled linen pickup.
  • Checks and monitors all linen to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Maintains linen room and delivery carts.
