The Sourcing Team supports talent acquisition by proactively identifying and engaging talent, while promoting the employee value proposition and generating interest in joining the organization.  The team builds pipelines of candidates using creative strategies including outreach initiatives, social networking, candidate management platforms, and market research.

Role Purpose

Manage recruiting presence on job boards, social media venues, BJC’s mobile and desktop career sites. Oversee the monitoring, creation of relevant content, campaigns and contests, and dialogue as appropriate in support of comprehensive talent attraction and branding strategy.


  • Acts as a subject matter expert in the overall social media strategy for Talent Acquisition. Has knowledge of open source content management systems, HTML and CSS as well as social media monitoring tools.
  • Provides insight into how new technologies and social media can support the long-term branding and talent attraction strategy of the department.
  • Create visual content ensuring information is compelling and consistent.
  • Develop promotion and engagement strategies to grow our Talent Network. Ability to analyze Google Analytics and present findings.
  • Manages Talent Acquisition career site content and provide best practice information within each of the tabs/sections.
