Role Purpose

Provides analytical, project management and administrative support to virtual care team and stakeholders in order to achieve virtual care goals and reach successful business outcomes.


  • Manages projects and activities related to the development and maintenance of virtual care metrics and overall services dashboard.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data in support of the design and delivery of virtual care services. Identified opportunities for improvements and proposes changes. Assists in developing and maintaining competitive intelligence reports.
  • Takes and distributes meeting minutes and facilitates various internal meetings. Assists in following up on action items and readiness for meetings.
  • Assists administrators, operators, and physicians/clinicians with completing new virtual care service request and managing requests in the process.
  • Coordinates logistics for group meetings and conferences. Schedules meetings and appointments working collaboratively with executive assistants across BJC and Washington University. Responsible for maintaining stakeholder distribution lists. Types and distributes memos, correspondence, and reports and composes documents as needed.
