Role Purpose

To service the legal needs of BJC and its affiliated entities under the direction of one or more senior attorneys.


  • Proficiency in legal research, Lexis or Westlaw and other applicable research services.
  • Draft and review documents.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and human relation skills, and possesses exceptional legal knowledge, judgment, work ethic, and integrity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
