Role Purpose

Assists virtual care team, process owners, and stakeholders, in order to achieve virtual care goals and reach successful business outcomes. May also create and track new virtual care services requests, attend and take minutes for meetings, contributes to virtual care communication plan, and maintains the virtual care inventory, dashboard, and competitive intelligence overview.


  • Assists with maintaining inventory of virtual care services, dashboard and virtual care competitive intelligence overview. Assists with completing new virtual care service request and managing requests in the process.
  • Assists in and performs tasks related to: Data collection, Analysis, and Report development.
  • Coordinates logistics for group meetings and conferences. Takes and distributes meeting minutes. May facilitate various internal meetings.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments working collaboratively with executive assistants across BJC and Washington University. Responsible for maintaining stakeholder distribution lists.
  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence, and reports and composes documents as needed.
