Role Purpose

A Database Analyst is an Analyst and/or a Programmer with strong SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS experience, with the analytical ability necessary to examine, manipulate and draw conclusions from complex data, the experience with business and processes and practice patterns, including clinical workflow and typical treatment protocols, and will be part of a team working on major system or process development.


Responsibilities

  • Develops ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Develops and supports complex reports using SQL Server Reporting Services, HTML, and Tableau.
  • Working with DBA's to transition applications from MS Access or other plat forms to MS SQL Server
  • Analyzes business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement using Microsoft tools and new technology
  • Supporting department operations: share duties with the on-call team, participate in rotation schedules to provide support during off business hours or as needed.

  • Minimum Requirements

     

    Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • - Computer Science/related

     

    Experience

  • 2-5 years
