Role Purpose

Provides support to the Executive Director requiring a combination of skills, strong interpersonal abilities utilizing professional judgement and analytical thinking. Demonstrates excellent customer skills that reflect and support the mission of the Foundation.


Responsibilities

  • Performs general office duties including maintaining files, scheduling meetings, assists with projects, and maintaining supplies.
  • Manages all aspects of the donor and prospect database used to compile, analyze, and report donor, prospect, and giving data, including writing and enforcing security policies for usage. Responsible for and oversees the on-line donations for the Foundation.
  • Collaborates with Foundation gift development and various individuals to create strategic outreach efforts that support donor cultivation, solicitation, recognition and stewardship.
  • Oversees the proper use of communications throughout the foundation, ensuring coordination with hospital marketing initiatives.
  • Plans, secures, orients and supports appropriate staff and volunteers to fulfill Foundation events. Coordinates solicitation activities of volunteers and staff related to the event.
