IS Security Services serves as an independent, objective catalyst for implementing effective and efficient controls to protect BJC HealthCare (BJC) information resources through collaboration with customers. We provide value to our customers and the organization by: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations; evaluating information system and application controls; educating BJC employees and other strategic partners on information systems security practices and concepts; acting as a resource on security controls for new and existing information systems and applications; recovering mission critical applications and data vital to the organization and strategic partners; investigating practices not in compliance with established BJC Information Services security policies and standards.

Role Purpose

The Identity and Access Management Engineer is responsible to design, implement and maintain a broad enterprise identity and access management system (SailPoint) that utilizes role based access and hybrids of attribute based access to ensure customers are correctly provisioned for access according to service level agreements. This role ensures compliance with policy as it relates to provisioning access to varied users across many key enterprise applications.


Responsibilities

  • Design, integrate and deployment of the identity product SailPoint into the enterprise environment. Drive efficiency by maximizing the number of applications provisioned and de-provisioned via SailPoint
  • Architect, design and implement new connectors/integration points using Java technologies to allow for the automation of identity management and access certifications across applications, databases and directories.
  • Work with multiple teams and various applications to maximize implementation success.
  • Diagnosis, isolate and resolve complex problems to ensure 24/7 support of this mission critical identity and access management application.
  • Design, implement and maintain regular certification campaigns to consistently audit access for compliance with security policy across network and AD groups.
