IS Security Services serves as an independent, objective catalyst for implementing effective and efficient controls to protect BJC HealthCare (BJC) information resources through collaboration with customers. We provide value to our customers and the organization by: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations; evaluating information system and application controls; educating BJC employees and other strategic partners on information systems security practices and concepts; acting as a resource on security controls for new and existing information systems and applications; recovering mission critical applications and data vital to the organization and strategic partners; investigating practices not in compliance with established BJC Information Services security policies and standards.

Role Purpose

The Identity and Access Management specialist is an expert in SailPoint and utilizes Role Based Access and hybrids of Attribute based access. Arranges access reviews and monitors service accounts while maintaining production, development, and test environments of SailPoint.


Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the SailPoint environment while increasing the number of applications provisioned and de-provisioned by SailPoint.
  • Ensure correct access provisioned for the customer in a timely manner, one day prior to start date for new hires.
  • Work with multiple teams and various applications o maximize implementation success.
  • Respond to SailPoint incidents.
  • Design and implement new connectors, and existing collectors for applications, databases and directories in order to automate identity management and access certifications.
