The Shared Services HR team supports management efforts to build and sustain a competent, engaged workforce by providing administrative, operational and consultative support to specific client groups within the Shared Services or Corporate organization.

Role Purpose

Performs the day to day operations of Contingent Staffing utilizing the BJC VMS tool, interacting with Suppliers, responding to inquiries of internal and external users, managing contractor time cards and credential verification. Processes contractor payroll and vendor payments. Also ensures overall program compliance to policy/guidelines along with monitoring and controlling contractor spend.


Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison with department personnel within all entities and external agencies.
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills and abilities to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Manages the processing of contractor payroll/supplier invoicing - analyzes audit reports, makes reconciliations, adjustments and authorizes payment.
  • Verifies credentials of contractors within the VMS ensuring compliance to minimum job qualifications, and federal and state regulations.
  • Provides credentialing reports and maintains data integrity within credentialing systems.
