Role Purpose

The Supervisor, Data Processing is responsible for directly managing the Data Processing team, providing leadership, staffing, tracking productivity, leading projects that increase productivity, and transforming data processing for all team members of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation. The Supervisor will partner with business teams and work collaboratively to develop new process standards for the Foundation to create better data practices and increase overall efficiency. This position reports to the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Manage non-production projects in the department including process documentation, improvement projects and desktop development.
  • Schedules work and coverage for critical processes to ensure timely and accurate entry of gifts into the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Creates improvements in department processes, runs quality audits, coaches and advises team on gift entry processes.
  • Lead a transformation effort in the department from data processing to managing automated processes.
  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
