Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is the combination of people, processes and technology that will provide BJC patients and families with a seamless, transparent experience through scheduling, authorization, registration, charge capture, billing and collection.  RCM will deliver state-of-the-art integrated workflows and processes enabled by technology to improve all aspects of revenue cycle functions.  This will position BJC with a sustainable advantage and competitive edge in the communities we serve.

Role Purpose

Provides assistance to internal and external customers in support of Revenue Cycle financial systems. Responsible for completing department projects as well loading data and generating reports in an accurate and consistent manner.


  • Coordinate and maintain security profiles and assignments, system maintenance and data audit policies and procedures and appropriate training for all levels of users
  • Performs various data downloads and electronic file transfers.
  • Troubleshoots day-to-day hardware and system issues, correcting problems or coordinating with IS when necessary. and monitors progress.
  • Maintains accurate records of problems raised, action steps taken and resolutions.
  • Loads data in the database and writes reports. In addition, assists in preparing revenue analyses for hospital entities.

  • Experience
