Role Purpose

Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new physicians and new physician practices.


  • Develops and revises practice policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the development of strategic short-range and long-range startup and recruitment processes to support the organization‘s and practice‘s goals.
  • Coordinates with leadership, new practice staff and providers, and all members of the team to ensure operational problems are resolved during the onboarding process and service excellence standards are developed.
  • Assists in analyzing, preparing, and maintaining onboarding budgeted costs for the practice.
