Role Purpose

Responsible for collaborating with and supporting Sourcing Managers on a multitude of Sourcing projects ranging from RFXs, contract management reviews, documentation and related clerical tasks as well as other supply chain management initiatives. Key activities include but are not limited to financial analysis of proposals, negotiating and summarizing contracts and communicating results using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Sourcing managers or independently negotiates and implements sourcing department initiatives. This includes the maintenance of standardized templates such as for contracts, scopes of work, service level agreements, and Letters of Agreement.
  • Responsible for developing relationships with and responding to inquiries made by internal and external stakeholders, including Facility Managers, Financial Controllers, Sourcing managers and vendors.
  • Prepares all documentation required for contract execution accurately and in a timely manner and ensures that all contracts options and amendments are executed in accordance with the terms and conditions in a timely fashion.
  • Tracks and communicates project proposals and quotes, supplier correspondence and performance management.
  • Analyze and understand the organization’s spend related to the assigned categories areas and aids in resolving invoice discrepancies.
