Role Purpose

The Manager of Digital Delivery & Analytics is responsible for strategically creating, delivering and maintaining a portfolio of websites, integrating them with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, as well as providing Analysis products for the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation. This position will partner with business teams and work cross collaboratively to create a digital presence and provide guidance to the Foundation team by collecting and delivering information to support the strategic decision making, increase donor engagement, further revenue growth, and drive excellence in overall donor relationship management. The Digital Delivery & Analytics Manager reports to the Business Intelligence & Analytics Director.


  • Proactively identifies areas for additional data analytics opportunities and creates necessary web-analytics practices to guide future strategic direction and maximize value from all sources of data available to the Foundation officers.
  • Partners with Marketing and Technology leaders to develop recommendations and web solutions that unify branding and messaging across all Hospital and Foundation activities.
  • Collaborates with all areas of the Foundation to deliver digital products including websites, web analytics, CRM integration, etc.
  • Applies knowledge of Web Development, Web Analytics (Sitecore, MongoDB, Google Analytics, etc.), custom Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and CRM platforms to create integrated web-products.
  • Creates user interface/user experience for optimal website functionality.
  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
  • Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
