Role Purpose

Develop vision and strategy for the use of technology to increase participation, revenue and operational efficiency. Lead all aspects of technology development to meet business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
  • Develop and support technology resources to support business management and growth, including internal management systems, websites, communication tools and ecommerce; manage staff for technology development and education.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure management including network architecture, security policies and procedures, application development and hardware and software support.
  • Manage internal and external user experience, design and testing to improve usability and satisfaction with websites and technology tools, oversee support and training for users.
  • Guide and support research and evaluation including program evaluation, customer satisfaction surveys, marketing analytics and business intelligence.
  • Provide support for business development and growth of technology education programs.
  • Develop and manage the budget for IT development and technology education, participate in grantwriting efforts to secure funding for technology initiatives.
